Location of the project	The proposed project will be implemented in 8 kebeles(Scho& HCF) in 2(two) Woreda’s in Konso Zone in Southern Ethiopia Regional State.

Executing body	Southern Ethiopia regional state, Bureau of Finance, Bureau of Water, mines and energy, Bureau of Health, Bureau of Education and their respective zonal and woreda line departments and offices

Target groups	89,306 direct beneficaries (Communities outreach: 8,666 Schools:11,965 and Health Care Facilities:68,675)  total 8 kebeles of targeted Woreda’s of Konso Zone in Southen Ethiopia Reginal State.

3. Project Title:  Improvement of Education Access for Conflict affected Community through Construction of demolished classrooms for Segen Genet Primary School Project in Segen Zuria Woreda in Konso Zone in South Ethiopia Region

Project Location: The project is located in Segen Genet Kebele of Segen Zuria Woreda in Konso Zone in South Ethiopia Region.

Project Executing Partners: Konso Zone Education Department, Konso Zone Finance Department, Segen Zuria Woreda Government Office of Education, Finance Office, Segen Genet conflicted affected Community.

Project Donor: FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSOs)

                             FDRE ACSOs grant:: 3,000,000.00 ETB

                             Community Contribution: 161,244.25 ETB (in their labor)

                                       KDA Contribution: 51,000 ETB

 Total Project Budget: 3,212,244.25 ETB. Total program cost is Birr 3,122,044.25 (97.19%) Total Administration cost is Birr 90,200.00 (2.81%)

 

4. Integrated Gender Transformation (IGeT)

• Project Duration: From 15^th September 2021 to 14^th March 2023/ first phase 6 month and second phase 12 months total of 18 months
• Project Executing Partners: Zone Government Department of Women & Children Affairs, Agriculture Department, Attorney General Department, Finance Department, Police Department, & Education Department and Line Woreda’s Sectors & City Administration offices and Kebeles.
• Project Donor: British Council Civil Society Support Programme Phase two (CSSP2)

5. My Way

Making the Rural Girls Voice Heard and Advocate for Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights project in Konso Zone, SNNPR Ethiopia

• Project Duration: From 1st August 2021-28th February 2023
• Project Executing Partners: Zone Government Department of Women, Children and Youth Affairs, Department of health, Finance and Economic Development, Line Woreda’s Sectors and Kebeles.
• Project Donor: The Minister of Foreign Affairs (the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Development (“DFATD”)) of Canada through Canada Fund for Local Initiative (CFLI)

 

6. Social Accountability for Improved Service Delivery of Pro-Poor Sector

• The project will be implemented in 5 woreda’s; Bena Tsemy, Gnangatom, Male, Kena and Karat Zuria woreda’s in Konso Zone and South Zone o in SNNPR Ethiopia.
